Founded in 2016, Scout Gear was created to provide Canadian Scout Groups with high-quality custom apparel, neckerchiefs, and badges.
Beyond apparel, we specialize in complete product design, kitting, and fulfillment for Jamborees and other Scouting events.
As active members of Scouting ourselves, we understand the unique needs of Groups—from neckerchief and badge specifications to day-to-day operations. Whether it’s outfitting your Group, preparing for a Jamboree, or creating custom event gear, we’re here to help.
Our in-house design team can also assist with logo development for Groups and events. Plus, we offer dedicated pop-up stores tailored to your Group—making ordering simple for members and even supporting fundraising efforts.

					 How do you handle returns? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns on merchandise. Please review your order carefully—including decoration method and design—before finalizing.
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item. Simply notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the original garment.
					 What types of decoration do you offer? 
							
			
			
		
						
				We offer a wide range of decoration methods, including embroidery, screen printing, dye sublimation, direct-to-film, appliqué, and more. Our team will recommend the best option based on your garment and design.
					 Can I mix different shirt/garment colours? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Yes, you can mix garment colours within an order. However, the imprint (ink) colour must remain the same for all items. If an ink colour change is needed—for example, printing white on dark shirts and black on light shirts—additional charges may apply.
Keep in mind that some inks show better on certain fabrics. For instance, white ink stands out on dark garments but may be less visible on light colours.
